Have a question about a print or your order? You’re in the right place. Here are a few helpful answers to frequently asked questions.

What sizes are available?

Whatever size you want, we can make! If your desired size isn't shown, just reach out with the photo/size you want and ill send you a quote.

Do prints come framed?

They come unframed, they'll ship rolled in a tube or flat in cardboard casing to ensure safe travel.

What paper and printing process do you use?

They are printed on a high quality archival paper in your preference of a matte or glossy finish! Archival paper will ensure the photo and colors won't fade or turn yellow over time and the paper won't decay making it last for years. The photos are also printed using archival pigment inks using the Giclée method.

When will my order arrive?

Processing time is ultimately up to the printing company but orders should be processed within 2-5 business days and shipped immediately after.

Where do you ship?

As of right now just USA! As someone who loves to travel and has photos all over the world I would love to offer international shipping without it costing an arm and a leg. So as soon as I can figure out that option, international will be available!

What if my print arrives damaged?

Please contact me! I'll either issue a refund or send you a new print at no charge. Your choice:)

Can I return or exchange a print?

No returns or exchanges as each print is made to order.

How do I care for my print?

Handle prints with clean, dry hands and try to avoid touching the printed surface (fingerprints will show especially on a glossy finish) Keep them away from moisture and direct sunlight.
